creating staff records

Steps

To create new users in the Jiwa:

1. System Staff Configuration Staff Maintenance
2. Click on New Record icon.
3. Fill in the Title, Surname, First Name Fields and tick Account is enabled.
4. Fill in the details for the following tabs:
 
  • Main - Jiwa Login details, Email Settings and Postion.
  • Roles - add the required role for the related permission or access to forms. Per
  • Permissions - check permissions and set any required global settings.
5. Click Save Icon
